Another easy collection, most of it menswear inspired. Apart from the floral prints which are not my cup of tea I would wear most of it. Is it exciting and new? Not really, but it is classic and classy and most of it timeless. Really like the rough look that the hair, the glasses and the belts give to the models.

Another great collection from Nicolas Ghesquière, it follows the same lines of the previous one, I would love to see it in person to appreciate the textile details and the intricate work that goes into them. I really like the fact that the collection looks easy and casual even though it has a tremendous amount of detail.
Are the clothes wearable? That depends on how bold you are, personally I believe they are incredible for editorial purposes, the construction is beautiful and the effect great. They remind me of Erwin Wurm and his works. Could I pull some of this off on the street? Not that sure, certainly some of the pieces can be worn on a daily basis and the other will be adapted from the show into something slightly more casual, nevertheless the concept and the craftsmanship is incredible.
Some of my new work for this months Parq Magazine. It is available now to download online and will be available next week in the usual places around Lisbon in the printed version. Tomorrow I am doing one of the photoshoots for the next issue and I am hoping it won’t rain when everything points to the contrary. Fingers crossed as I have been planning this one for a couple of months.
